The handbill / flyer measures
5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches and is in VG+/VG condition, horizontal fold that has a 3/16 tear on the let edge, a tiny 1/8 inch tear at the top, a fairly faint stain through Weston and some corner bends.  Please see photo for accurate image report.
This is an extraordinarily
rare item and is the only one i have seen in well over 30 years of collecting!
