USED Overhauled lacquered Eb Alto Horn, altonium.  Ser. # A-21805
This "Jenkins Music, Special" has been completely re-lacquer  overhauled.
The pistons are of the original copper coated finish as was used in a lot of of Holton's from the 1920's.
We have had several MOd. 48 trumpets with the copper clad valves. (1924-1928)
Pistons measure  2 1/2" in length approx. and are bottom sprung.  +2.536" actual.
All slides work properly and the water key does not leak.
This is a  7" dam. bell up and valves up instrument .  Valves are .634" diameter with good compression.
The instrument comes with a Hero Alto mouthpiece and a new molded plastic case.

This instrument needs a new home, and I had  only played it a few times since it was overhauled in 1997 in Elkhart Indiana.
